FAQS
Why is my kombucha flat in the winter?
Our raw and unpasteurized kombucha is like a hibernating friend, slowing down in colder temperatures. To maintain a lower sugar content and let the seasonal fruits shine, we've chosen to prioritize flavour over excessive fizz. However, in warmer months, your kombucha will naturally become more effervescent.
Can I return my bottles?
Absolutely! We encourage recycling and offer convenient bottle returns. Drop them off at our market stalls or let us collect them on your next delivery (available only for Surrey local deliveries).
